Defender Cataraft Frame

Projected availability: Summer 2011

The best cataraft frames ever made are the custom frames made by Madcatr Creations. It's the frame we use any time we're on serious Class V or in steep wilderness canyons on multi-day rivers.

The goal of our new Defender Cataraft Frame is to make a frame suitable for the Wind River priced under $650. The challenge is to build a bomber frame with minimal welds and material. If you're not doing exploratory runs, serious Class V, or running heavy loads on multi-day trips then this is a frame to consider. If you are doing those things, then you're only option is a Madcatr frame.
