The creek frame is inspired by California’s Tuolumne River. It’s commonly used for high water on the Lower Tuolumne and for summer rafting on Cherry Creek. The frame can be mounted in the stern with six paddlers or further forward with fewer paddlers.

The Creek Frame is a simple, bomber frame. It’s designed specifically to work with the AVON Adventurer, AVON Expedition, or the SOTAR Dually but fits a variety of 13 to 16 foot boats.

What can I say about my River Hardware creek frame? Best frame in the world bar-none. It fits my boat perfectly (14′ Avon Adv). Shows top quality workmanship in its construction (the welds are a work of art). Most impressively change-overs from oar locks to pins&clips are fast and a piece of cake with this frame. Overall a masterfully thought out design that brings a smile to my face every time I boat.
